My Summary
The paper describes BT efforts to reduce costs and time-to-market using OMG's MDA methodologies.
This is an "experience" paper that illustrates the real-world efforts to adopt MDA.
Excellent paper – recommended for the technical presentation.

Systems Integration Relevance
MDA employs valid techniques for productivity enhancement. This paper gives an overview of an MDA-based methodology with specific details that very few papers provide.
